Terms of participation in the Forum

Online participation (without a report)
Price: 0 ₽
For online participation, you need to send an E-mail:  j.safarov@tstu.uz request (not later than 01.05.2024).

Full-time participation. 
Conference fee for participation covers (for one person): a conference bag with related documents, participation in all sessions and conference events, coffee breaks, conference banquet, technical tours.
Publication in a journal indexed by Scopus and/or Web of Science.

Exhibition tours
Opening exhibitions related to transport industry, transport and warehouse logistics and infrastructure.

Price: 220 EURO

Conference fee for accompanying person covers:
participation in all sessions and conference events (coffee breaks, conference banquet), a conference bag with related documents — 110 EURO

Conference fee does not include accommodation payment.

All payments are made only after acceptance of an article for publication.

Continuing education courses with issuance of certificate (72 hours)
Price: 30 EURO
For advanced training, you need to send an E-mail: j.safarov@tstu.uz  the following documents (not later than 01.05.2024):
• request
• copy of passport (pages: 2, 3 with registration)
•copy of higher education diploma with attachment
• certificate of surname change, etc. (in the presence of)
• copy of the payment receipt or payment order, with the obligatory indication of the purpose of the payment in the payment order Contract №___, (Contract № can be clarified in the Organizing Committee)
